Onigbinde blasts Doma United players for poor display against Lobi Stars

Doma United head coach, Akinade Onigbinde, has criticised his player’s display in the 2-0 defeat to Lobi Stars.

The NPFL new boys gifted the hosts a penalty early in the game which was converted by Joseph Atule.

Umar Abba netted the second goal for Lobi Stars, a few minutes later.

Onigbinde said his wards never played like a team who was hungry for victory.

“In football when you make unnecessary mistakes you pay for it,” Onigbinde told newsmen.

“First we conceded an early goal through a penalty which was the right call.

“The second goal came two minutes after which sealed our poor display on the day.” he summed up.
