In a bid to ensure proper and hygienic menstrual practices, a non governmental organization, Amina Dikwa Foundation, ADF has taken a sensitization campaign to Maimusari secondary school in Tashan Bama , Maiduguri, Borno state.
The foundation which has been working to eradicate poverty as well as fight against social vices and other societal problems in the state, donated 100 sanitary pads on Wednesday to the female students of the school.
The sensitization campaign on the school campus attracted female students of adolescent ages who were where educated on the need to be menstrually hygienic.
The organization which is chaired by Dr Amina MB Shehu has executed several humanitarian projects in Borno state. .
