The Managing Director, Nigeria Ports Authority, NPA, has lost his father, Alhaji Muhammad Koko.
“This morning, my dear father, Alh. Muhammad Koko, passed away after a protracted illness,” he tweeted on Friday.
He said his late father will be buried in accordance with Islamic rites on Friday.
“May Allah have mercy on his soul and forgive him all his shortcomings. Amin,” he said.
The staff and management of the NPA in a condolence message, prayed that, “We pray that God gives you the strength and the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
