Nasarawa: Court of Appeal reserves judgement in Gov Sule’s appeal against tribunal judgement

The Court of Appeal Abuja Division has reserved judgement in an appeal filed by Governor Abdullahi Sule challenging the majority judgement of the election trial court.

Chairman of the three member Panel, Justice Onyemenam Uchechukwu announced this after counsel adopted their written briefs in Abuja yesterday.

The Appellant Court also  heard the Cross Appeal filed by David Emmanuel Ombugadu of PDP against the minority judgement of Justice Ibrahim Mashi.
