“The Senate President’s contributions to the social, economic and political development of Nigeria are enormous and worthy of commendation.

“As a true progressive, it is not too early to say that the Senate President deserves to be celebrated for his giant strides because of his leadership style.

“Through his track record, Akpabio has to his credit, great accomplishments in his years of service, especially in the executive arm of government, where he recorded huge successes as state governor, and federal minister as well.

“He is a profound rewarder and an achiever that deserves unlimited commendations, rather than a call to halt his leadership of the Senate at a time of dire need for national integration as sponsored by some selfish politicians who don’t want anything good for this country.

According to Uyi, the 10th Senate under the present leadership would make good laws that would promote the socio economic well being of Nigerians.
