Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has nominated Mr Olayide Adelami, a native of Owo and kinsman of late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu as his deputy.
Adelami was a Deputy Clerk in the National Assembly until his retirement in April , 2018.
He was also a governorship aspirant in 2020 on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) but stepped down for the late Governor Akeredolu.
