Zamfara NSCDC deploys 700 personnel for Eid el Fitr celebration

The Zamfara State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC has deployed 700 of its personnel to provide adequate security during and after the Eid el Fitr celebration in the state.

The State Commañdant, Sani Mustapha emphasized that all the units and formations of the Corps must ensure adequate policing to forestall any form of security breach

He said marketplaces and motor parks must be secured adequately, pointing out that the Corps is poised to beef up security in the state.

The State Commañdant explained that all the flash points would be covered, noting that his goal is to make Zamfara a crime-free state in the country.

The Commandant disclosed this when he received an award by the Public Relations Unit of the Corps in the State Command as ‘An Iconic Administrator.
