Anthony Martial to leave Man Utd as free agent

Manchester United striker, Anthony Martial, is expected to leave the Premier League club as a free agent.

Martial, who is currently out injured, will see his current contract run out at the end of this season.

And according to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, the Frenchman will not be at Old Trafford next season.

Romano tweeted Monday morning: “Anthony Martial will leave Man United at the end of the season, no doubts.

“He’s gonna pick his favourite option as the next club in the coming months, now focused on recovery.”

Martial signed for United in 2015 for an initial fee of £36 million and £21.6 million in potential bonus payments.

This was the highest fee paid for a teenager in football history at the time.
