Al-Nassr picks 20-year-old star as Cristiano Ronaldo’s replacement

Al-Nassr has chosen to replace Cristiano Ronaldo with a 20-year-old star striker, Meshari Al-Nemer for the next two games.

This is following the red card the 39-year-old got in the Saudi Super Cup game against Al-Hilal.

Al-Nassr’s appeal was rejected, which means the Portuguese megastar will not be available for the next two league games.

Manager Luis Castro has decided to use Al-Nemer as Ronaldo’s replacement, per Essentially Sports.

Ronaldo saw a red card for Al-Nassr in their 1-2 loss to Al-Hilal in their Saudi Super Cup semifinal

The former Manchester United man had a game to forget for the Knights of Najd as they were defeated once more against Al-Hilal.

He was seen hitting defender Ali Al-Bulayhi with his elbow during a brief scuffle between them.
