Abia Warriors head coach, Bethel Oji says the team will continue to improve on their performance following their qualification to the next round of the President Federation Cup.
The Abia giants defeated Sporting Supreme 1-0 in the Round of 32 on Wednesday.
Megwo Sunday scored the only goal in the game.
Oji assured that his team will take all the remaining matches of the competition seriously.
“Playing against a small team is always something difficult but thank God for the win,” he told the club’s media.
“We will take each game the way it comes. For the Round of 16, we will definitely work on our game plans before each game in the competition.”
