Lobi Stars reconvene for new season July 15

Lobi Stars will begin preparations for the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League season on July 15.

Upon resumption, the team will undertake pre-season training and player registration processes in accordance with NFF/NPFL regulations.

The club will also embark on a training tour around the 23 Local Government Areas of Benue State to scout for new talents aimed at strengthening the squad for the upcoming season.

The Makurdi club are expected to retain the services of head coach, Eugene Agagbe for the new season.

Lobi Stars finished the 2023/24 season in sixth position, missing out on a place on the continent.

The 2024/25 NPFL season will begin on Saturday, August 29.
