I’ve forgiven my wife for cheating – Ijoba Lande

Comedian and actor Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, said that he has chosen to forgive his cheating wife, Darasimi, but will never accept her back.

In an interview with Daddy Freeze, Lande made it clear that their relationship is irreparably damaged.

He emphasised that his decision to forgive is motivated by his desire to move forward and find peace.

Darasimi responded to allegations of infidelity, claiming that the controversy stemmed from a game of ‘Truth or Dare’ and that no romantic affair occurred.

He said: “I won’t accept her back, but for me to make heaven and for God to forgive all my sins, I will forgive her. She has done her own, I forgive her, but it’s gone. Do you understand?”

Ijoba Lande also shared thoughts on personal growth, urging people to learn from past experiences and be cautious about repeating mistakes.

He advised that forgiveness is essential but it’s also important to avoid repeating past hurts.

“No matter what someone does to you in life, if they ask for your forgiveness, please forgive them, but don’t allow the thing to repeat itself. Don’t allow the mistake you make repeat itself,” he added.
