Unfollow accounts that drain you – Adekunle Gold urges fans to protect mental health

Afrobeats star Adekunle Gold has advised his followers to prioritise their mental well-being by carefully curating their social media experience.

In a message shared online, the singer encouraged fans to unfollow accounts that drain their energy and mute conversations that no longer serve them.

He also urged them to surround themselves with positive influences — including uplifting people, inspiring books, and motivating music.

“Unfollow accounts that drain you, mute conversations that don’t serve you, and replace them with people, books, and music that lift you up,” Adekunle Gold wrote.
