Chelsea’s Reece James chooses between Messi, Ronaldo, names 3 toughest players

Chelsea defender, Reece James has chosen Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo as the better player over Argentina’s Lionel Messi.

James also named the likes of Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr., Bayern Munich’s Sadio Mane and AC Milan’s Leao Rafael as the three toughest players he has ever played against in his glittering career so far.

The England international stated this in a Twitter Q&A on Wednesday.

Asked to choose who is better between Messi and Ronaldo, James simply tweeted: “Ronaldo.”

On the toughest players he has faced, the right-back tweeted: “[Three] hardest players I’ve ever played against are all left wingers! Vinicius Jr, Leao and Mane!”
