Actress Dressed In Police Uniform Apologises Over National Anthem Fiasco

A video apology has surfaced on X platform (formerly known as Twitter) from a policewoman who was missed her lines while reciting the National Anthem during a conference of senior security officials in Owerri, Imo State.

The apology from the ‘policewoman came with the controversy as to her identity as she also claimed to be an actress. In the apology the actress who was dressed as a policewoman while she recited the national anthem extended her apologies to the Nigerian Police Force, citizens, dignitaries present at the conference, and her fans.

In the video, the self-acclaimed actress introduced herself and began by addressing the incident at the Conference of Retreat for Senior Police Officers held on October 30th in Imo State. She acknowledged her mistake and expressed deep regret for her actions, stating that she understood the tradition and values of the Nigerian Police. She sincerely apologized for any disruption her behavior might have caused and assured everyone that she would be more careful in the future to prevent similar occurrences.
