GPMI commends Air Peace on receiving an FCOP permit

Global Peace Movement International, UK has congratulated the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Allen Onyema and the entire management of Air Peace airline over successfully obtaining the Foreign Carrier Operator Permit (FCOP), which permits airlines from other areas to fly to Europe, and the Third Country Operator Permit (TCO-UK), which allows airlines to operate to the UK.

President General of the group, Dr. Mike Uyi in congratulatory massage on Wednesday in London said this permits not only symbolizes the airline’s adherence to international safety standards but also paves way for Air Peace to compete in the international market.

“Nigerian aviation has long been dominated by foreign carriers, but this breakthrough will mark the beginning of a shift in the balance of power.

“It also underlines Nigeria’s potential to play a larger role in global aviation if its airlines can meet and maintain international standards”.

“It is on this note that GPMI is mobilizing Nigerians in diaspora to rally round this great success story and support the staff and management of Air Peace by patronizing the airline”.

“We are also calling on the Chief Executive Officer of the airline to ensure that the airline has it’s office in Heathrow Airport”.
