Kogi Guber: SDP Candidate Humbles INEC,Ododo, APC At Tribunal



Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Sitting in Abuja has ruled in favour of Alh .Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and the Social Democratic Party ( SDP) by allowing its motion to ammend the list of witnesses to be call during the hearing of the petition.


The tribunal ordered the sustanance of the motion on its merit and is here by struck out the position of the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) ,the candidate of the party ,Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and the ,All progressive Congress APC.


The tribunal also directed the petitioner to make use of 30 days to call for its witnesses while Alh Usman Ahmed Ododo and the independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) has 10 days to call its witnesses.


The tribunal here by adjourned to 26th Febuary 2024 for hearing.
