‘I didn’t mean music’ – Singer Lizzo makes U-turn days after ‘quitting’

American singer, Lizzo has clarified that she wasn’t referring to music when she said ‘I quit.”

According to reports, the four-time Grammy winner recently lamented that she is constantly being bullied for clout, and said she was “quitting.”

The 35-year-old has now clarified that what she meant was quitting giving “negative energy attention.”

Speaking in a video message shared via her social media page, Lizzo stated: “When I say I quit, I mean I quit giving any negative energy attention… What I’m not gonna quit is the joy of my life, which is making music.”
