João Felix gives verdict on GOAT debate

Barcelona forward, João Felix has given his verdict on the Greatest player Of All Time (GOAT) debate between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

The rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi began in the late 2000s.

The pair have carried on since then, winning a combined 13 Ballon d’Or trophies.

Their success on the pitch of play has inevitably brought about comparisons, some of which have been encouraged by the forwards themselves.

When asked to pick between Messi and Ronaldo, Felix told Bojan Krkic via Twitch, that he believes both players should not be compared with one another.

According to him, it is hard to choose one over the other.

“Messi and Cristiano should not be compared. You should enjoy them,” the former Chelsea star said.

“Choosing one of them is very difficult. They both did very good things that will not be repeated.”
