Harry Kane snubs Messi, names best finisher in football

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has suggested Cristiano Ronaldo is the best finisher in football history.

Kane was asked the question during an interview with Goal.

The 30-year-old was asked to remain silent until he heard the name of the player he regarded as the best.

A list of names was read out, including ex-Celtic and Barcelona star Henrik Larsson, former Bayern Munich hero Robert Lewandowski, AC Milan legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Brazil icon Ronaldo and even Lionel Messi, and Kane stayed silent.

When former Real Madrid and Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo’s name popped up, Kane spoke up, saying, “Ronnie.”
