Abducted SAN’s sister regains freedom

Gunmen who kidnapped Alhaja Seliat Raji, a sister to Ahmed Raji, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, have released her.

Alhaja Seliat was abducted last Thursday in Iseyin, Oyo State.

Our correspondent gathered on Tuesday that she had been released, after spending six days in the kidnappers’ den.

A source within the family said the woman was freed around 2:00 am on Tuesday.

The source maintained that she would be taken to hospital for medical attention.

“Yes. They released her after six days. She spent six days with them, and they released her around 2:00 am today.”
