Peter Obi pays condolence visit to Makarfi

The 2023 presidential candidate for the Labour Party, Peter Obi has condoled with the former governor of Kaduna State over the death of his son, Faisal.

Obi, along with Yusuf Datti, visited Makarfi and his family in Kaduna on Thursday.

In a post shared with photographs via his X account, Obi said that they prayed to God for comfort for the family during this tragic time.

He also asked for strength to help them cope with the profound and irreplaceable loss.

“May Almighty Allah, who called Faisal home at this time, forgive his sins and grant him Aljanna Firdausi. May God continue to protect and bless the Makarfi family, always,” he wrote.
