Actress Oma Nnadi confirms Alex Ekubo’s good health amid social media break

Actress Oma Nnadi has defended her colleague, Alex Ekubo, responding to growing concerns over his absence from social media.

In a message shared via her Instagram story, Nnadi reassured fans that the actor is doing well.

“Stop looking for Alex Ekubo. He’s healthy, well and fine. Everyone must not be on social media. Let my friend breathe,” she wrote.

She emphasised that not everyone needs to maintain an online presence, urging the public to respect his privacy and give him space.

Ekubo, who last year expressed that he draws strength from the love of his family, has remained largely offline in recent months.

Similarly, Stanley Ontop also posted on social media to address concerns about the actor’s absence, confirming that Ekubo is “very fine and doing great.”

He explained that Ekubo took a break from social media and work due to toxic media attention, not because of illness as some rumors suggested.

He emphasised that Ekubo is healthy, happy, and preparing for a strong return, while also noting that “depression is real.”

Stanley wrote “If you all remember in February I posted his picture and was asking about him. @alexxekubo is very fine and he’s doing great.

“He just took time from social media and work. The media was too toxic on him so he decided to give you guys some space. Alex is good 100

“Alex is coming back to this media strong and happy. Alex is not sick as being circulated by some mischievous elements. Alex, we await your return. Depression is real”.
