The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday, received the Certificate of Return as the President-elect of Nigeria.
The certificate was presented to him by the chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.
