I Won 2023 Presidential Election – Peter Obi

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has declared himself the winner of Saturday’s 2023 presidential elections.

Obi made the declaration during a press conference in Abuja on Thursday, saying that he will prove to Nigerians that he won the presidential election.

Obi said he will explore all legal avenues to recover his stolen mandate.

The former Anambra governor also said that the exercise failed to meet the minimum standard of a free and fair election, hence he will approach the Court to reclaim his mandate.

Obi also asked LP members and supporters in the country to troop out en mass and vote the party’s candidates in the forthcoming March 11 Governorship and State House of Assembly elections nationwide.

He also declared that Labour Party “is not in any alliance with any group. What we have is a partnership with any group” who wishes to reclaim the mandate.

He added that he is willing to join those with the moral authority to fight the battle of reclaiming the controversial election with the belief that he won.

He queried the process which produced Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who was announced the winner of the election.

According to Obi, “With this process, how can we trail kidnappers and robbers who are doing the wrong thing?”

He said he would head to court as told, noting that, “We were asked to go to court.

“Remember that I’m Obidient. I’m going to go where I’m directed to go and then you will see where and how.”

Daily Report Nigeria recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday declared the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the winner of the presidential election.

Tinubu defeated Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who was closely trailed behind by the LP candidate in third place.
