American Comedian, Mike Epps, is under investigation as authorities found a loaded gun in one of his bags at an Indianapolis airport.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, police responded to a firearms investigation on Sunday at the Indianapolis Airport as authorities found the gun while Epps was going through the checkpoint.
The documents revealed that the comedian mentioned being in town for a show, and forgot the piece was in his bag.
Upon investigation, police say they found a .38 Special Airweight with 4 rounds loaded, but none in the chamber.
The gun and ammunition were all taken as evidence. Though the Indianapolis Airport police said he wasn’t arrested, the report which was forwarded to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will determine if charges should be filed.
