Businessman and politician, Ned Nwoko on Tuesday received his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC after bieng declared the winner of the senatorial election in Delta North District, Delta State.
Joining him in receiving the certificate was his wife and popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels.
