INTERPOL Donates Investigation Kits To Police, Navy

The International Criminal Police Organisation, known as INTERPOL, has donated crime scene investigation kits and other equipment to the Forensic Department of the Nigeria Police Force and the Maritime Crime Investigation Desk of the Nigerian Navy.

The INTERPOL Vice President (Africa) and Head of INTERPOL NCB in Nigeria, AIG Umar Baba Garba, alongside the representative of INTERPOL Maritime Security, Mr. Olude Azeez, presented the equipment on Friday at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.

The Nigeria Police force made this known in a post shared on its Twitter page.

Sharing photos, the force said, “#PhotoNews | #INTERPOL_HQ donates crime scene investigation kits and other equipment to the Forensic Department of the Nigeria Police Force and the Maritime Crime Investigation Desk (MCID) of the #NigerianNavy.

“The INTERPOL Vice President (Africa) and Head of INTERPOL NCB in Nigeria, AIG Umar Baba Garba, psc, alongside the representative of INTERPOL Maritime Security, Mr. Olude Azeez, presented the equipment today, May 12, 2023, at the Force Headquarters, Abuja. #StateINL”
