President Bola Tinubu on Friday withdrawn the nomination of Kano State ministerial nominee, Dr. Maryam Shetty replace her with Dr. Mairida Mahmoud.
This is even as the President has nominated former Minister of Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, SAN, from Delta State as minister.
Tinubu’s communication on the development was addressed to the Senate President Godswill Akpabio, who read it during plenary.
The President, however, didn’t give any reason for the replacement of Shetty earlier nominated for appointment as a minister.
