The Supreme Court has fixed Friday, January 19th to deliver final judgement in the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) 2023 gubernatorial election, David Ombugadu challenging the reinstatement of Governor Abdullahi Sule by the court of appeal.
Reliable sources confirmed that the apex court will deliver its judgement tomorrow.
