Governor Bassey Otu has extended his best wishes to his Abia State counterpart and friend, Dr. Alex Otti, on his 59th birthday celebrations.
The Cross River State Governor, in a birthday message by Emmanuel Ogbeche, his Chief Press Secretary, described Otti as a titan amongst the pantheons of revolutionary bankers in Nigeria, which Senator Otu said Dr. Otti has brought to bear with his giant strides in Abia State.
