A group, Intergrity Club International has commended Hon. David Zacharia, the lawmaker representing Idah, Igalamela, Ofu, Ibaji Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives for his tenacity and contribution to the development of the Igala people.
The group during a courtesy visit to the lawmaker at his office in Abuja said through his various interventions, Hon Zacharia has empowered many youths and women from his Constituency.
Chairman of the Club, Mr. Enemaku Ameh in his address also appealed to the lawmaker to further use his office to attract more federal projects that will create jobs for the youths.
Ameh who was represented by Mr. Emmanuel Okpanachi urged the lawmaker to look at empowering the youths with skills in ICT and other skills that will help them become self reliant.
Axcorsing to him, the current economic hardship being experienced in country is taking a toll on the rural communities, adding that the legislative arm of government must look at ways to support the government to ameliorate the hardship.
He said the club decided to visit the lawmaker to show appreciation to the assistance he has provided for its members and the Constituency at large.
Hon. David Zacharia while responding, thanked members of the club, and promised to continue to work with them along with other groups to promote the interest of the people.
