Former NTA Chairman, Ogbu, Abah picks Benue PDP chairmanship form

Ahead of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, congress in Benue State, slated for 31st of August two of the chairmanship aspirants, former Chairman of Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, Chief Patrick Ogbu and Party Chieftain, Chris Abah’s Board have picked their nomination forms to formally declare for the position.

The two aspirants were personally at the State Secretariat of the party in Makurdi to pick the forms that cost N1 million each

Speaking after picking their forms, Chief Ogbu said,” Let’s work together to build a party that we can all be proud of, a party that truly serves our community and makes a positive impact on our state and country.”

On his part, Mr Abah described the PDP as a badly wounded party that required surgical operation and total reorganisation, stressing the need for internal democracy in the party.
