Onuesoke – APC will be extinct before 2027 due to hardship

A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Delta State, Chief Sunny Onuesoke has said the All Progressives Congress, APC, will go into extinction before 2027 due to the hardship all over the country.

Onuesoke, a former governorship aspirant of the PDP made the claims in an interview with our correspondent in Warri.

He said citizens including some APC faithful can no longer eat good meals let alone afford three square meals.

“A basket of Garri is ₦4,000, a basket of beans is ₦8,300, a basket of rice is now ₦12,000. Garri is now the food of the politicians who steal money. The majority of the citizens cannot afford this with their meagre earnings/salaries”

He noted that some of the APC faithful and citizens are only pretending that all is well but are only waiting to vote out President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his renewed hope mantra which he said has been dashed.

He stressed that the APC will go into extinction because of hunger.

“Whether you like it or not, APC will be extinct before 2027 because the hunger in Nigeria is serious. Many citizens who cannot cope are already committing suicide. They no longer believe in the renewed hope of Mr. President because they believe their hopes have been dashed. Some of them including APC members are only waiting to vote President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his renewed hope out of office.”

He said the rate at which citizens commit suicide is alarming. alleging it is due to hardship and hunger laced with hyper-austerity in the country.

He said an unidentified woman over the weekend committed suicide by plunging from the Ekpan bridge recently due to hardship and frustration.

Onuesoke insisted that the APC will not survive the political Tsunami that is coming in 2027, arguing that even if President Bola Ahmed Tinubu increases the minimum wage for civil servants, it will still not save the APC and his government.

In his words, “Who will take care of the market women? Who will increase their wages? The private sector cannot pay what the NLC and TUC are negotiating for workers. The matter is even worse for the APC.”

He added that the price of fuel should be reduced to ease the movements of the citizens and goods as well as control and regulate the prices of goods/commodities in the market to regain the confidence of the people.

Meanwhile, the General Overseer of Goshen Freedom Tabernacle, GFT, Effurun in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Prophet Austin Ariole JP at a midweek service on Wednesday said, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope for Nigerians has crashed.

The cleric who corroborated the claims of the PDP Chieftain said, “We are living close to a state of anarchy but we don’t know.”

According to Prophet Ariole, “Many are committing suicide. Many are waiting to die. Many are living in pain. You have the confidence dashed in the President’s renewed hope agenda.”

Prophet Ariole stressed that Nigeria is in a state of “obscurity”. He, however, enjoined citizens not to kill themselves by committing suicide. “You did not did not start your life by yourself. So, don’t take your life because of hunger and frustration.”

Prophet Ariole who acknowledged the fact that Nigerians struggle for virtually everything they desire in the country said, “A few can be seen living in affluence, the politicians who steal, they’re those that we can find spreading the money that they stole.

He also urged Nigerians to stick to God in these trying times of hardship and hunger in the land stressing, “God is the only one who can save us.”
