As part of it’s annual activities for the 2024 Harvest and Bazar, St. Augustine of Hippo Catholic Parish Dutse Sagbagyi has unveil it’s theme for the years harvest.
The parish priest, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Balla who with the harvest committee officiated the unveiling of the theme ‘HARVEST OF DEVINE MERCY’ urge parishioners to key into the years Harvest and Bazar program.
Father Balla said “As we approach the harvest season, let us come together to reap the blessings of our labor and celebrate the abundance of God’s provision. Our annual Harvest and Bazaar event is just around the corner, and we invite you to be a part of it”
Representing the 2024 Harvest and Bazar chairman planning committee, Mr. Albert Anopueme, Bro Cletus Isek call on the parishioners to support the years harvest programs as all funds realized from the processes will be used in developing the church.
According to him, the harvest season is a time to express gratitude to God for the blessings of the land and the fruits of labor.
“In the Catholic Church, the harvest and bazaar have significant importance”.
He further said that this year’s Bazaar will provide opportunities for parishioners to socialize, build relationships, and strengthening bonds within all the parish communities.
