Wowed by his performance at a recent show, music fans have tipped a Nigeria’s rising music star, Mark Orji popularly known as WVLKNGXD (walkinggod) for greatness in the highly competitive music industry.
Walkinggod who trilled audience at a recent musical show tagged, ‘High Voltage Doings’ to a top-level performance at the Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos, recently ,stole the show which featured other prominent and well-known music stars.
Fans at the show were held spellbound as the rapper and singer wowed the audience to captivating lyrics and reverberating ovation from the excited crowd that attended the event.
An attendee, Robert Ejike, who lauded the talented singer expressed surprise at the uniqueness of his lyrics and sound.
He said: ‘I must confess, he is unique in every sense. I believe this guy will go places. It is just a matter of time before he takes the Nigeria’s music industry by storm.”
The Ebonyi- born rapper and song writer whose inroads into the nation’s music industry has continued to gain traction largely due to his common but unique sounds.
His first single, ‘Top Strika’, a smooth blend of new and old but electrifying rhythm is indeed a testament of the singer’s readiness to take the Nigeria’s music landscape by storm in no time.
Walkinggod is currently working on his next single titled ‘Cold War’, which according to sources working closely with him, is a smooth fusion of rap with solemn rhythm to create a timeless piece that will connect the listeners with a part of him through this piece.
