You are not superheroes, prioritise your well-being – Adeoluwa Okusaga advises men

Reality TV star and actor Adeoluwa Okusaga, popularly known as Saga, has called for greater awareness and support for men’s mental health.

In his message, Saga stressed the importance of acknowledging one’s emotions and seeking help when needed.

He urged men to prioritise their well-being by opening up about their feelings and engaging in activities that bring them joy.

“Men are not superheroes—we’re human beings who need care and support too,” he said, encouraging society to foster a culture of kindness and understanding where men can express themselves without fear of judgment.

Saga also emphasised that perfection is a myth, reminding his audience that nobody is perfect—and that’s perfectly okay.

He wrote on Instagram, “Hey bro, you’re not Superman, you’re human. Don’t neglect your mental health. Speak to someone, do things that make you happy. To the world; Be kind to us men, listen to us, and provide a safe space for us to express ourselves. Yes, we are not perfect, perfection is an illusion anyway, no one is”.
