PropaBridge, operated by Zippatek Digital has announced the official public launch of its verification-first real estate marketplace and multilingual AI property concierge, Propa. The platform is launching across Abuja, Kaduna and Minna, with nationwide expansion planned throughout 2026 and 2027.
Nigeria’s property market is estimated to lose approximately $4 billion annually to listing fraud, double sales, fake agents and unverified property transactions. While existing property portals primarily serve as listing platforms, PropaBridge is introducing a fundamentally different model built on trust, transparency and verification.
Before any property appears on the platform, PropaBridge conducts a rigorous three-step verification process: a physical inspection of the property, validation of title and legal documentation, and confirmation of the credentials of the agent or developer offering the property. Listings that fail any stage of the process are not published.
At the centre of the buyer experience is Propa, an AI-powered concierge available 24 hours a day through WhatsApp, web and voice channels. Designed to make property discovery more accessible and inclusive, Propa communicates in five Nigerian languages—Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Fulfulde and Nigerian Pidgin.
Prospective buyers and renters can engage directly with Propa to search for verified properties, ask questions, schedule inspections and receive personalised recommendations. Behind the scenes, nine specialised AI agents coordinate lead qualification, follow-up communication, viewing logistics and offer preparation, creating a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
“For too long, Nigerian property buyers have carried the entire burden of determining whether a listing is genuine, whether a developer is credible and whether their investment is secure,” said Muhammad Muhammad Tukur, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of PropaBridge. “We decided to remove that burden. Our promise is simple: zero fake listings, zero fears.”
The company launches with confirmed partnerships and active engagements involving Sites & Lifestyle Limited, Kay-Steph Group, The Homes Group, Urban Shelter Ltd and MiddlePark Properties Ltd. In addition, PropaBridge has onboarded a Founding Member cohort comprising fifty real estate agencies across Abuja, Kaduna and Minna.
The company has also been selected for the Ventures Platform AI Foundry and is currently receiving mentorship from Rohit Sharma (PfMP, PgMP, PMP) through the Connect NextGen Hackathon programme.
Early market traction from the company’s soft launch demonstrates growing demand for trusted digital property services. To date, PropaBridge has successfully verified 63 properties, generated 80 organic buyer leads, facilitated 12 AI-booked property viewings and achieved these milestones without any paid marketing expenditure.
As Nigeria’s real estate sector continues to digitise, PropaBridge aims to establish a new industry standard where verification, trust and intelligent automation become the foundation of every property transaction.
