Wizkid and Asake join global stars at Louis Vuitton’s Paris Fashion Week showcase led by Pharrell Williams.
Nigerian music stars Wizkid and Asake were among the high-profile guests at the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday.
The Afrobeats sensations brought their distinctive fashion styles to the event, with Wizkid appearing in a lilac jacket layered over a white V-neck top and paired with tan trousers. Asake opted for a minimalist look, wearing a black crew-neck T-shirt, jeans and a matching black cap.
The two musicians were seen exchanging greetings after crossing paths at the venue. Wizkid was seated beside Lil Baby, while Asake shared a section with Skepta.
The showcase was designed by Pharrell Williams, who transformed the runway into a beach-inspired spectacle. The set featured a giant curling wave, a glass-walled camper and a moonlit catwalk, while a massive moon and projected stars created a striking celestial atmosphere.
The star-studded event also attracted celebrities from across music, film and sports, including Jeremy Allen White, Charles Melton, Future, Missy Elliott, Lola Young, Coco Jones, Quavo, Victor Wembanyama and Jackson Wang.
The appearance comes just days after Wizkid announced an exclusive pre-release listening party in Paris ahead of the launch of his forthcoming album, further heightening anticipation among fans.
