Zamfara NSCDC monitors 2024 UTME

Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has expressed satisfaction over the conduct of the 2024 UTME in the state.

The State Commandant of the Corps, Sani Mustapha made the remark during his routine monitoring of the conduct of the examination in Gusau metropolis and other suburbs where the examination is currently being conducted.

According to a statement issued by the Command’s spokesman, Ikor Oche SC, prior to the take off of this year’s UTME, the Commandant deployed sufficient personnel to various centres in line with the Corps’ Safe School initiative program.

“The UTME CBT exercise is being held in seven centers across four local government areas of the state”, the statement added.

The State NSCDC boss said he was optimistic that the exercise would end peacefully in the state as he had made every necessary arrangement to checkmate infractions during and after the examinations.
