Wikki Tourists players have been charged to give their all in the fight to win the 2024 President Federation Cup trophy.
The Chairman of the Bauchi Elephants Mohammed Auwal Gotel gave the charge in an address to the players after their Round of 64 game against Junior Danburam.
Gotel said that winning the competition would serve as a consolation for the team’s failure to qualify for the Nigeria National League Super Eight playoff.
He believes that with a high level of commitment and resilience, the team can achieve their goal.
“The target is winning the trophy and as the principal actors you always are, we count on you,” he stated to the club’s media.
“With determination, commitment and focus you can do it, we do everything possible as Management to support you.”
Wikki Tourists defeated Junior Danburam 5-0 in a Round of 64 encounter on Wednesday.
