Young graduate killed in Nasarawa community as farmers clash over land dispute

A young graduate, simply known as Musa, who had recently taken up farming after completing his mandatory one-year national service, was killed on Monday during a violent clash over a land dispute at the Keana-Benue border area of Nasarawa State.

The conflict was said to have erupted between Alago and Tiv farmers, not only claiming Musa’s life but also leaving several others from both communities critically injured.

Those injured are currently receiving medical treatment and battling for survival in the hospital.

Security operatives have since been deployed to the area to restore order and ensure the safety of residents.
