Imo state governor Hope Uzodimma has inaugurated the Ondo State chapter of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors
Imo State Governor and the Director-General of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, (RHA) Senator Hope Uzodimma, on Tuesday, inaugurated the Ondo State chapter of the group backing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid.
Uzodimma said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu deserves re-election due to ongoing developmental projects since 2023, citing road construction, student loans, and nationwide hospital renovation and construction.
Uzodima, who was represented by the Southwest Coordinator of the group and Chairman of the Nigeria Port Authority (NPA), Prince Dayo Adeyeye, said the present administration has made significant progress in critical sectors of the economy.
He particularly highlighted the expansion of road infrastructure across the country, which he said is improving connectivity, boosting economic activity, and easing longstanding transportation challenges.
He also pointed to the introduction and expansion of student loan schemes, noting that they are widening access to higher education and reducing financial barriers for Nigerian youths, thereby creating more opportunities for academic advancement and skills develop
He however, inaugurated the 18 local government coordinators, charging the newly appointed ambassadors to intensify grassroots mobilisation and ensure disciplined, coordinated support for the President’s second-term bid.
In his remarks, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa said RHA participants are frontline drivers of the Renewed Hope agenda, stressing that the platform is an active mobilisation structure for spreading reform, continuity, and progress across Ondo State.
He charged ambassadors across the 18 LGAs to ensure disciplined, structured, and credible grassroots mobilisation, adding that “mobilisation is not noise-making but structure,” and must be driven by clarity and consistency, including use of local dialects.
